Comment: I can't say enough good things about your service tech, Jose. In short, I am 150% satisfied with the careful, thorough and SUPERB job he did cleaning our white couch! He obviously treats each job as a challenge and is able to give advice and guidance that is invaluable. Jose spent time getting a history, testing the couch fiber and talking about options before starting the job. With Jose's guidance, I decided to take his advice and pay the extra $60 for the deep cleaning. We had not had the couch cleaned in a long while, so I was ready to "go for broke" in an effort to extend the life of our comfy, family friendly couch! My husband and I are THRILLED with the results and am so grateful for the 2 hours of hard work that he diligently put into delivering an A+ job. Jose is obviously an impressive person and experienced employee. We compliment and thank you, Dalworth, for sending us a top notch person who admirably understands and delivers on the high quality of workmanship that Dalworth promises to their customers.
