Comment: The technician and I decided the area rugs would be picked up and serviced at your office area. He called twice to have a representative call me to set up a time for pick up. No one called that day or since then. The room treated with pet materials took longer to dry. The technician said it would take longer. The technician worked hard to clean the carpets to my satisfaction!

Comment: The technician was able to remove blood stains from a $1,500.00 chair. We thought we were going to have to replace the chair. But the technician was able to remove the stain that was about a month old. I couldn't be happier. Also, the girl who called the day before to confirm the appointment was able to get the price down to make it more affordable. She was very kind and helpful. This was my first experience with Dalworth & we will definitely use Dalworth in the future and tell our friends to do the same. ??

Comment: I thought I was just going to get my carpets cleaned but the technician showed me some items that I needed to clean and I did. I never dreamed my couch could look 100% better but it does so I am really happy I got it cleaned. I was really pleased at all the extra things that Cullen did to go above and beyond what I expected; like wiping down my baseboards and being sure he cleaned under all the furniture. Most of all, I cannot thank Cullen enough for showing me how I can easily move furniture myself with furniture sliders (thank you again, Cullen). He is an excellent representative for Dalworth Clean.

Comment: It would be nice to be able to change appointment times and dates online without having to email. Service was thorough and quick. Also for a first time customer it would be nice if there were some expectations set on the service and how long the carpets take to fully dry before you book so you can judge your booking time better. I really did think all furniture was going to be moved until the reminder email listed "average sized furniture".
