Comment: Not sure of drying time as I was not at the house today to check. Kris was very polite and most helpful. My girlfriend booked this on-line. I assume it was very convenient to do so. Comment: The ordering and service were great. The job went smooth and took 1.5-2.0 hrs. The carpet was well cleane and looks good. The price with the enzyme treatment was a little hig. Although We had 5 rooms and a hall, with the main furniture and beds etc in place the area is fairly small in comparison to the full size rooms .i think the cost was a little high.

Comment: The Dalworth representative (Alberto) was an excellent listener, answered our questions without hesitation, helped us review and understand each charge for the work done, and throughout the process worked diligently to complete the task. He worked quickly, and very efficiently. He assisted us in making sure our cats could be moved from one side of the house to the other without getting out the door. He prepared the carpets carefully, looked for stains or pet issues, explained each one carefully and gave us options to solve the problems. When we explained that we had out "Great Granddaughter" (7 months old and crawling) coming to stay with us in a few days, he helped us evaluate the best treatment for the carpets based on the fact that she would be crawling across them for two weeks. Alberto's personality and attention to "business details" were very helpful, and we would readily use Dalworth again, especially if we could get Alberto to do the work.

Comment: Phone representative was helpful and courteous. I originally mentioned the services I wanted. Was given a (high) quote. Then several discounts were applied ( I appreciated that). But, at the end of the call, I found out one of the services was removed and that is why the price went down. Chris did a fantastic job! He was timely and explained what I may expect after the tile cleaning. Thank you!
