Comment: Only problem. I received no confirmation call the day before like the email conformation said I would... the technician showed up at the very end of the two hour window...again, there was no call prior. In the past I received a call saying they were on their way.

Comment: Drying time was longer...but the carpet was extremely dirty in some areas. So it was well worth the extra wait for it to dry. The techs went above and beyond.

Comment: Aaron was very nice and explained all my Carpet needs. He stayed late to get the job done, which I really appreciated. Although I didn't purchase the Carpet stretching (too expensive), I had my carpet cleaned and the edges tucked in.

Comment: My husband was so happy about the carpet cleaning he could not stop bragging about it. Marcus work was exceptional and we won't use anybody else from now on except Dalworth. We had my daughter's birthday the day after and all the guest were commenting how well the carpets looked.

I spoke with Casandra and she was great...very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and she answered all my questions and I was confident that she understood what I wanted. She scheduled my service and I was happy you could do it so quickly. Roger, my technician, was great. He arrived on time...he was so friendly and explained the cleaning process for me. He told me about the products he uses...very high quality. He said he thought after he finished the cleaning that I would be very happy. He worked hard and explained each process. Roger was correct!!! I am very, very happy. My sofa looks fabulous...it looks clean...brighter! And it has a fresh smell. I'm very happy with the service Casandra and Roger provided. Comment: I really appreciated the attitude and the total positive approach the technician had working on a serious problem I have with the sticky mess that carpet plastic left on my carpet after pulling it up. He worked on it using a solvent then steam cleaning it. Couldn't tell what it had done or if it worked until it had time to dry real good. I swept the carpet today after 2 days of letting it dry completely, and sad to say it is still tacky but not as bad as it was.

Comment: I bought a 3 area deal for $99. And paid $125 for carpet stretching. The 2 bedrooms were very clean but we were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the hallway. We felt like he could have gone over the hallway again to make it look better!!
