I had to have them come back out. They had promised me if I upgraded in their cleaning solution that it would get some stains out of my couch and it did not. I had to call them back out. It took 2 people a couple of hours. Description of Work: Upholstery cleaning

Comment: I have used you for years and I cleaned carpet in a huge home and it was berber carpet when on Harlequin and a lot less than the small areas you did for just under 500.....ridiculous. No benefit for being loyal customer.

Comment: You get what you pay for in this world. I previously used a Groupon related company to clean my tile and it looked like. Itching was done. Your technicians were knowledgeable and gave me some great advice on what to do with the floors and were actually less to clean my travertine floors than the cut rate company proposed to do.
