Comment: I really appreciated the attitude and the total positive approach the technician had working on a serious problem I have with the sticky mess that carpet plastic left on my carpet after pulling it up. He worked on it using a solvent then steam cleaning it. Couldn't tell what it had done or if it worked until it had time to dry real good. I swept the carpet today after 2 days of letting it dry completely, and sad to say it is still tacky but not as bad as it was.

Comment: Harold, one of two technicians who came to my house, aside from seeming as if he was really capable at his job, has a great personality, and whatever he's getting paid, should get a fat raise to keep him there. I used to hire and train people for a company and I would have been a lot less stressed in that job if I had a roomful of people like Harold.

Comment: I have noticed a spot or two that still show, but overall , he did a good job! He used the restoration treatment on one room and it helped, but I feel that an extra $87 for that treatment was a little high. Even, despite the extra treatment, the soiled areas are a little dark. The room was heavily soiled so maybe he did the best he could.

Comment: The answering people were real courteous (Cassandra is excellent in her politeness). Too bad the phone was not cooperating well, as I believe happened to be on your side, as I told her, if the quality of the call is this bad, (had to repeat many things twice), I would not call DalWorth again. But for Cassandra's patience, and politeness, I would not have continued the call with that bad a call quality. Please update.
