Comment: The two men who did our duct cleaning were VERY nice & neat and could not have done a better job cleaning up after themselves and being consciences about the job they were doing. They even came back after having left after they realized they had forgotten to adjust two air returns properly. I would definitely use them and your services again!!

Comment: My phone representative Chelsea was very understanding about my service needs and while originally only able to schedule my service for a week out - went above an beyond to get me scheduled earlier. Being immune deficient and a new home owner, Chelsea understood that I could not move into my new home until the services were completed. She had the flexibility to contact a manager and get me scheduled within two days of my call. My technician Josh was very knowledgeable about the levels of service and explained exactly how he would accomplish his task. I was very comfortable having him in my home. Josh also understood the anti-microbe service was critical to my health. While his task is not a glorious one, having to climb in the attic and deal with the Texas heat, he was my hero - making sure all the vents were clean of all that was seen - and most importantly all that is unseen.
