Comment: I didn't receive a reminder of pending service. A second technician had to be called in as first one called in that he couldn't come. Consequently cleaning start was delayed over an hour from requested time.

Comment: We really liked our technician, Roger Lino, who worked very hard for 2 hours cleaning upholstery and rugs. And, everything looked wonderful when he left. However, we noticed, after drying, there was a problem with how our chaise lounges were cleaned. We called and you are sending a technician out right away to fix the problem.

Comment: I want to say how much I liked the man that came to clean my carpets. He worked so hard, and he was able to lift all of the stains. We had pet urine and red wine stains, and I didn't think they would all come out, but he was able to get them out. It looks like I have new carpet! RA

Comment: The reason I called was to remove a stain which came back after carpet dried. I'm having an open house and they couldn't schedule a redo to remove the stain until the following week. I would have thought I would be a priority since it would be a second attempt.
