They moved the furniture. They did a good job. They were on time. I've know of them for years. I took 45 minutes with 1 person. I feel like I got what I paid for. Description of Work: They cleaned 2 rooms full of area rugs.

Comment: When techs arrived I had to expand the work order to meet emergencies. The work was done excellently and at price discussed, tho there was misunderstanding on my part on how the extra rooms and division of added costs was written up in the order. That led me to call for clarification, and it was just for clarification, not as a complaint. Phone response was helpful, excellent.

Comment: Our service technician was Carlos, and he did an outstanding job on both our carpet and tile floors. We purchased our home in July and there were some stains we weren't sure were going to come up, but he got them up. Carlos was polite, friendly, and quick. We'll definitely be using Dalworth in the future and would love to have Carlos provide service again. He's a gem!!!!

Comment: Dalworth was very accomodating. They sent duct cleaner out quickly and we were able to arrange use of lockbox to vacant home and pay by phone. Very helpful for me who could not be there in person.
