Comment: The front office and/or reception personal were excellent. Many companies don't invest the time and training for their staff but DalWorth certainly does. I had a small issue with the first cleaning but Ken made everything right on the follow up visit. I was very impressed with the professional way Ken dealt with the situation. I appreciated the emails and the phone calls confirming the appointments. I thought the entire DalWorth operation was very professional.

Comment: Bobby was very professional. My 7 year old granddaughter was visiting and was very inquisitive. Bobby took the time to explain to her what he was doing and why. Good teaching moment. I was ready to toss the sofa but now it looks like it has another life. I'll definitely use Dalworth again. You may not be the cheapest but definitely the best.

Comment: Kristy was our technician and he was fantastic!! He did a great job on the repairs and the cleaning. I was thoroughly impressed. Your repair pricing is quite high. I know you are the best in the metroplex, hopefully you will take a second look at the market and price yourself more consistent with the market. For two repairs, I paid $400- the other two bids I got were $350 and $300.
