Comment: Dalworth is indeed the best company out there. Over the years DFW had been beseiged by numerous companies that were taught and trained to bilk people. I had been a victim years ago. It was liken to the Israeli Locksmith scam that ran rampant and still does in the entire country for years. Now we have other scams on Craigslist like the plumbing repair, garage door service etc. It is scary for a female senior. Your company and team made me feel SAFE. There was a slight problem but the manner which you solved my problem was beyond my expectations. Bravo to the management and all who represent your company.. i am writing this very teary eyed. Comment: Julio shook my hand upon meeting me and once again upon departing. He installed corner guards to protect various kitchen base cabinets from hoses rubbing up against them and worked efficiently to complete the job. He also put the ceiling fans on to speed up drying time - something no one else has recommended or done. Julio helped big time!

Comment: The technician, Bobby, and his wife, Cindy were wonderful. I trusted them...they were polite and respectful...they worked diligently and efficiently! I was extremely pleased with their professionalism and competence! I will use them again, if needed, and will definitely recommend them to my friends!! I almost paid about $4000 to get new flooring. Comment: I would recommend Dalworth Clean to anyone needing carpet cleaning. The service technician, RANDY PHILLIPS was excellent. He was extremely knowledgeable about carpet cleaning and informed us of the process and the additional treatment that was needed to keep our carpet in good shape. Mr. Phillips was customer service friendly. Mr. Randy Phillips is the BOMB.com for carpet cleaning.

Comment: Both my technicians were very knowledgeable and did a great job. Had carpets cleaned before and came no were's close to the job they did. You will be the first person I'd refer to a friend and will be who I will call again. Cleaning before left carpet hard and stiff. Whatever Dalworth used left my carpet nice and soft to touch. Diffently great company for customer service and service you provided.
