Comment: My technician was excellent, but I thought the price of cleaning the small areas that I needed to be elevated; I am EXTREMELY happy that I had the $30.00 off coupon for grout and tile. Technician did an excellent job and he explained as he went along with what spots may not come out of the grout. I would request this technician again.

Comment: Mike Kelley did a miracle of cleaning major amounts of liquid / dried dog poop. He was clear about potential problems, diligent in his work, and kind in his listening to a distraught owner. I will ask for him when next needed and recommend him to all in need!

Comment: The technician got stuck in traffic and arrived almost 30 past the arrival window & I had to call to find out why no one had shown up during my appt window time. I felt someone should have notified me to let me know of the delay. Other than the late arrival my technician did a wonderful job on my floors and I am very happy with the work.

Comment: Marcus, the technician, showed up on time and was very polite. He came into the house with his work boots on and as I showed him around the house I noticed dried pieces of mud were coming off the soles of his boots. I mentioned this to Marcus, who apologized and went outside to check his boot soles for any other mud. He then came back in the house and did the work requested. Never, once, did he put on "cloth booties" which every service tech that has ever come to my house has done. I was, frankly, surprised. Someone coming to clean my floors actually brought dirt in with them. I would have thought your tech would have worn some time of protective shoe while in my house. Again, Marcus did an outstanding job in a very timely, efficient manner. Hopefully, this is a teaching moment.

Comment: Overall we were happy with the service provided. I felt the technician was very knowledgeable & experienced, pricing was fair, service was efficient, and my carpets were beautifully cleaned. Our one complaint is there appear to be some minor knicks on the corner of a nightstand as a result of the carpet cleaning. They are small, and the furniture is cheap, but I hope that care would be taken to prevent similar damage during future cleanings, and that I would be told about it if it does occur.

Comment: Excellent job by my service tech. Recommended an additional service that really put the job over the top. Only criticism (minor one), when he was emptying out his hose or equipment, there was a puddle of dirty, muddy water left on my sidewalk. Overall, great job, and I will be using Dalworth again in the future.
