Comment: Both men were great! I lost my Mom several weeks ago and my birthday isThursday. I have family coming in to be with me and I wanted it done but my work schedule didn't work with the techs. Richard went out of his way and found one that was willing to come in the evening last night. He did a wonderful job and the furniture looks brand new! I have used Dalworth for insulation and will definately use you again and recommend you to my friends.Sorry I forgot my techs name but I know you have a record of who it was. Thanks Dalworth!

They were able to perform the duct cleaning in a timely manner, and cleaned up any tools, equipment, ladders, and debris from the air ducts. I will want to re-order the anti-allergen treatment in 6 months, I think it has helped. Thanks,

Comment: Our carpets turned out beautifully and the technician had a very good attitude and worked hard to achieve this result. However I am concerned, because, at the end of the work, both of our carbon monoxide detectors sounded an alarm. We had to call the fire department and they came out and we had carbon monoxide present in our house. They advised us to open all the doors and windows for a while and then close the house up and, if the alarms sounded again, to call them back. All was well, but it seemed the likely cause was the technician's vehicle running on and off in our driveway during the cleaning process. I am bringing this to your attention, as a deadly situation could happen, especially if there were no carbon monoxide alarms in the house.
