Comment: Your online process had a small glitch--did not send the right email. I called in to see what happened and the order hadn't actually taken place. The CSR was very efficient and took care of my order and all my needs. I did have an issue on the cleaning appointment. I called in to see when he would be there because I had a 3 pm meeting call at home. I had mistakenly thought the appointment would be from 12-2 but that was only the arrival window. Dispatch said he would be there shortly--was leaving his other job. I don't think he arrived till about 1:30 and then we had a lot to discuss and he had to set up. He didn't finish until 4 or so. I asked him if they told him about my 3 pm call and he said no. It worked out okay but I would've rather them been more up front with me about how long it would be--I would have rescheduled to a time when I didn't have to worry about trying to be on a conference call while someone is cleaning. But Josh did a great job and I'm very happy overall. The air quality in this apartment is 1000% better.

Comment: Dalworth was able to clean my carpets the day I called them and they were even a bit earlier than scheduled! They did call me to make sure it was ok to be early! They were very fast and my carpets look fabulous!

Comment: This Service for my mom with pet spots. It makes it harder to fully determine or appreciate the service. It presented extra problems for the tech who was very nice and helpful. Comment: My carpets feel like there is residue on them. When I walk barefoot the bottoms of my feet feel sticky. They were not treated for anything extra.
