Comment: My technician, Brian Marshall was timely, pleasant, professional and efficient. He did an excellent job of getting the dirt out of my traffic areas. The carpet dried quickly even though it was a rainy day. I also got a bid from him on getting my tile cleaned, too. Will definitely recommend and use again.

Comment: I don't know how long it took to dry. The home is vacant, so I locked it up and left for the day. Your technician did an EXCELLENT job! Super positive personality! I want him for all of my coming jobs. Just wish you offered same service with some kind of REPEAT discount, as I am a landlord, and ONLY use your service.

Comment: The technician was incredible, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was cleaned and looked as good as new. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone and would also request him if we purchased more services. The only thing I would say could be improved was a phone call 30 minutes prior to the arrival. I received a call an hour before my appointment asking if I would like to move it up to an earlier time (which I declined and kept the original time slot between 3-5 but never received any calls after that stating that they were on the way and I was not home at the time.

Comment: Glenn Magen's was highly qualified and he did an excellent job. He found old pet urine and it was more expensive but the carpet looks terrific and there is no odor. I will never have to clean for that again. I hope all the techs are as good and knowledgeable as he is. He was also early by a couple hours I am VERY satisfied

Comment: It took longer for the carpet to dry than what the technician indicated (4-6 hours). It basically took all day. Was still damp when I went to bed, but was dry when I got up the next day.

Comment: Great service. I asked the technician to add two chairs, no issue. He did a great job. After he left I realized he took out the spots on a rug that was not part of the service! Never said a word. Guess he didn't like seeing spots on rugs, what a nice thing to do!
