Comment: I didn't think it was possible for my carpets to look new again because of pet damage. Your technician took time to explain exactly what the problem was and how he was going to treat it. I didn't believe him when he said he could get my carpets stain and odor free but, he did it! I'm very happy with the result!

Comment: The technician was scheduled to arrive between 2:00 and 4:00 and didn't arrive until 5:30. I can understand being 15-30 minutes late but 1 and a half hours past the latest time we were scheduled is terrible. We would have rescheduled but we already had everything moved off the carpets and didn't want to have to move it back and then move it off the carpets again.

Comment: The original technician that came and started the job was very friendly and thorough with information. The machine in his van stopped working, so a second technician was dispatched. When he arrived he was friendly and was there to get the job done, but wasn't very professional in how he handled "stepping in". He corrected the original tech several times and treated him as his assistant. The original tech was very professional and never said anything back. I could tell by looks on his face that he couldn't believe how he was being spoken to or treated. Considering there were two techs, it could have been a plus that would have helped get the job done faster, but instead it took longer because the original tech couldn't do anything without being corrected or redirected. The second tech was never "rude" per-se, just came in and took charge verses coming in and working as a team. Each tech will have their own way or system to cleaning, but the second tech was saying his way was the right way and the original tech had only been cleaning for 10 years and didn't know as much as he did since he had been cleaning for 20(+).

Comment: Roger, our service technician, was polite, knowledgeable and made sure we were aware of the service and what to expect. The job was well done and the experience was very positive. We recommend Dalworth and Roger to anyone who needs a great carpet cleaner. We used the ON-LINE ORDER Service which made the price a good bargain.

Comment: Some areas of the carpet still look dirty (seems like the stains didn't come out). Not sure what kind of the spot treatment liquid dalworth uses but it didn't seem to be effective at all.
