Comment: This survey is for the stone floor and marble cleaning and polish and seal. The tech is Pat Linzalone, and he is very professional and highly qualified to represent your company well. His knowledge of his job is excellent. The floors are limestone and had not been sealed properly when installed 14 years ago. The kitchen and bath was in critical condition and Pat restored them to a condition better than when new. His work ethics and attitude are seldom found in the young techs now being hired. His sales skills are presented in a perfect action of selling what needs to be done to have a fully satisfied customer who will recommend and return for more jobs by your company. Comment: Anthony was very diligent on a challenging job... The couch and chairs were my grandmothers so fabric was old and fragile. He did a great job! Also Chelsea who answered my call when online didn't calculate my discount was very helpful and professional. Your company is doing a great job with customer service standards !thank you!

Comment: The technician did his best to clean 1 of the bedroom which was very heavy traffic on the carpet and could not resolved the issue, looks like I have to replace new flooring.

Comment: Phone rep Ms. Natasha could not have been better. Personable but totally professional. I asked for a quick service, and while not promising anything let me know she would work on it. Called me later in the day with next day clean. Chris, the tech called to see if he could come early. Arrived soon after and while getting our info made some suggestions. Everything expected and more was accomplished. Could not be more pleased. JGP

Comment: Steven did an excellent job. Very thorough and meticulous. I was very impressed with his work. I feel he went the extra mile in attempting to get out some old stubborn stains. He also explained to me about stains and how to treat them in the future. He definitely knows carpet cleaning techniques. Kudos to Steven. I will definitely use your company again. Thank you!!

Comment: I called around to get someone to clean stains off of a REALLY expensive grill my crew damaged and no one would touch it until I called you guys and had a REAL expert help me. It cost less than $200 and if he couldn't get it out it would have cost me $1400. I couldn't be happier and will be call today to get my carpets cleaned .
