Comment: My appointment was pushed to following day. The following morning the technician showed up right on time. You all gave me a discount and added drying fans. It was raining outside so it took longer to dry. Technician did a great job.

Comment: Overall happy but thought more furniture would have been moved. Didn't really feel like "wall to wall cleaning". Not sure the pre-vacuum was done either but maybe I just wasn't paying attention. Ricky was very friendly.

Comment: I had my sectional sofa cleaned and am mostly happy with it. However, for the $500+ that I paid, I was very surprised to see bubble gum still stuck to 2 of the cushions after I put the dried sections back on the couch. Very disappointing.

Comment: The Dalworth people are a great team. I made a mistake about the day I thought I wanted them to come. Since my husband is ivery sick and his family is coming on Tuesday the 27th I needed to have my carpet cleaned on the 23rd. Everyone worked really hard to help me achieve this goal.l Thank you Dalworth. I will recommend you to all my friends and neighbors.

Comment: My technician was Sam and he did a great job! I was only confused on one thing - after I saw what a great job he was doing, I added 2 rooms but did not get the discount that I had gotten online for those 2 rooms. He said that those would be charged at "retail". Can you tell me why adding services would not qualify for the discount? Thanks. I was very pleased with his professionalism and when I get your service again, I will request him.

Comment: Arrival was right around 8:00am, which was the tail end of the specified 7:30-8:00 window. I would not have marked it as "not on time" for this survey, but the order confirmation we received via email listed the arrival time window as 8:00-8:30. I was kept informed and the technician arrived only a few minutes after I received the call. There was one gum spot on the carpet that looked removed, but upon drying I could see that it was only partially gone. However, the technician encouraged me to inspect the spot before he left, which I appreciate. I just couldn't tell at that time. I greatly appreciate that the technician completed the job before we opened, which was my greatest concern.

Comment: I wasn't happy that done spots were still showing on the carpet after the cleaning was complete. Some spots showed up worse after the cleaning. Also, I wasn't happy that I wasn't told up front about the necessity for the carpet protector.
