Very well. The scheduling had to be pushed out due to my schedule and they were very accommodating. Very friendly staff on the phone. Bobby, the service tech was very pleasant and went above and beyond to ensure what I needed met the needs for the cleaning. It was a pleasure working with Dalworth and I will use them in the future. Comment: The phone representative was the most helpful and courteous lady ever! She answered my questions and was able to find an openning for my last minute appointment! The technician (roger) was awesome! He explained everything answered question , very courteous and helpful ! He did an awesome job and our carpets look great! Comment: My appointment was pushed to following day. The following morning the technician showed up right on time. You all gave me a discount and added drying fans. It was raining outside so it took longer to dry. Technician did a great job.
