Comment: Stephen was so polite and very attentive to detail. When we went over the options available to make my tile look better, he was thorough, but not pushy. I am extremely pleased that he was able to complete the job (I added in cleaning 3 rooms of carpet on him) in one day. Thanks to Nick also, who came out to assist since the job turned out to be more work than we originally scheduled for.

Comment: Great job, Dalworth! I was concerned when the truck drove up and did not have a logo on the side of the truck. The plain white truck alarmed me as you never know in this day and time about who might be trying to get into your home and for what reason. I did ask the gentleman for some ID when he arrived. I did not mean to offend him but just wanted to be very cautious about who I let into our home. You might want to inform your customers that the truck arriving to their ho me has no logo and is a plain white truck. The completed job done was well done. Just wanted to share that so that future customers might have peace of mind in letting your rep into their home.

Comment: A lot of the dust from the vents got blown out into the house. He tried cleaning what he could but it was just too much dust, and too heavy of a dust. He just left a bit of a mess in the house.

Comment: The service technician was very knowledgeable about carpet care and cleaning, especially in how to handle stains. He gave me some very good advice for avoiding a wear area in front of my recliner. This was especially appreciated because as a renter, I'm at the "mercy" of a landlord.
