Comment: Mr. Dwain Guthrie was the consummate professional. He was courteous, extremely knowledgeable, had an excellent command of the English language and was very interactive. It was a wonderful experience and Dwayne did an outstanding job in cleaning my carpets and removing the blood stains. The carpet looks brand new, honestly. Comment: The carpets cleaning was excellent and priced very fair with sale discounts. We had additional needs stretching existing carpet and tacking it down which our service man performed very capably. But that add on service seems expensive to me. We had to get it done though so I didn't really have a choice. Thank you though!
