Comment: Randy was a great technician! He came in and explained everything and totally made an old used Renter's side of a Duplex look 1000% better. We were thankful that Randy was our technician and did such a great job!

We have had such an amazing experience with dalworth. With so many companies not keeping customers for their #1 priority. It was a breath of fresh air to be treated so kindly. We had a tech come out to clean our air ducts before we listed our house for sale. When he got there he showed my husband that they weren't dirty, and that we didn't really need the service. So I called the customer service number as instructed and cancelled the appointment. The rep on the phone was very nice and even offered to refund the $20 non refundable fee. I hadn't even mentioned it. And our carpet cleaning appointment was worked in at the end of the day on Friday to ensure that our carpets were clean before we listed our house 6 days later. They didn't have a time slot until the day before our house was scheduled to be listed on the market and they still managed to get us in well before.

They did wonderful and their customer service was great. Description of Work: I had purchased a deal for $115 for Three Rooms of Carpet Cleaning that they did the work for.

Comment: I do not know if he used a pet order protector, but I can say my home look and swell clean, the technician did a great on stretching the carpet one can not tell where he cut and put back togather , my carpet is old and it look great, Smith and Maxine Harris
