Comment: We had three areas where the Restoration Deep Cleaning was applied and I was very happy with the appearance of the carpet I those areas. The deep cleaning and the weather extended the drying time of the carpet. The carpet as a whole looks fantastic! Am very pleased.

Comment: My technician, Robert, arrived a few mintues late for my appointment. He apoligized and was very courteous and professional. Even though I did not ask for compensation Robert gave me a couple of upgrades, carpet deodorizer and the fans to help dry the moisture from my carpet. It was very much appreciated and more than made up for the few minutes he was late. I love Dalworth (Clean)! Only once have I used another carpet cleaning company. I did not receive good results, so went back to using Dalworth. We have lived in our home for 39 years. Thank you for always giving great results.

Comment: Had used DalWorth Clean for this same house several years earlier and told the phone representative so the techs would be prepared and also to make sure pricing would be accurate. Upon arrival the techs were flabbergasted and re-estimated the services to be rendered. Prices of course went up but they easily looked up previous visit and were quick to point out that even though the price was higher than quoted, it was a bargain compared to last time. Our techs were fabulous and worked until 10pm to get it done without stopping. Hats off and a good $$ tip $$for them.
