Comment: When the original person came out to measure the space and look at the upholstery we wanted to have cleaned, he was on property for a very short period of time, which gave the impression that everything would be pretty straight-forward. When the technician came, he had a lot of questions about the type of fabric of the rugs and the expectations for the upholstery. It would have been better if these questions had been asked at the time of the initial quoting.

Comment: Punctual, professional service where all the service features were fully explained. We were very satisfied with the service. The technician counted all the vents and found that we had 16 vents and not 19 as had been suggested when I made the booking for the service. We were charged correspondingly less than the amount that had been calculated. At the end of the service we were shown the before and after views of the air ducts which was quite impressive. Thank you.

Comment: Our technician were great I forgot his name but he was kind and knowledgeable about how to treat carpet and furniture.

Technician arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and helpful. We will definitely use them again in the future for other services. Description of Work: Bedroom carpets cleaned and treated for pet odor/stains.
