Comment: Excellent Customer Service!! Jenny took my order and was very professional and helpful! She answered all my questions and scheduled service for the next day! There is not much customer service left in the world today, but Jenny is definitely the exception!! She was wonderful!! Marcus arrived on time, and was wearing a Dalworth shirt with his name in it! He was GREAT!! Answered all my questions and did an exceptional job on my upholstery and carpet!! Everything smells clean and fresh!! I will not hesitate to call Dalworth again, as well as recommending Dalworth to my friends!! After having a bad experience with "another" company, it was refreshing to find Dalworth!! Thank you!!!!!

They did a fantastic job. Since I had never done it before, I thought it was a little high for me. It was worth in the end. But I will do a price comparison the next time. The technician was very helpful. I asked questions and he would give answers. He was well versed in what he was doing for sure. Like I said I would do a price comparison, but if they are a the lowest then yes. Description of Work: They did some tile re grout.

Comment: The service technician worked very hard. He was very professional and had great suggestions about how to get some stains out. The carpets look the best they ever have after I've had them cleaned. One note for future reference, though I don't want this to count against him because he was so professional and did a great job -- the exhaust of the van kept coming in the house during the cleaning. Maybe just be mindful where the exhaust is pointed when the door is open? I feel like that's very picky but just a suggestion. Overall, he did excellent!
