It went alright. It was about as I expected it to be. They were right on time, and everything was as I had expected. Description of Work: I had them refinished my hardwood floors. The deep cleaned it. They stripped all the wax off the floor. They put a coat of euro-than on top of it. To bring out the shin a little bit.

Comment: I started out with a quote of 440 with 25% off and then I decided to add 2 rugs and a few other things. I am just a little bit taken back that it was $1100. I had not gotten rugs done in the past so that added to it. Everything was cleaned good just a little surprised at price. I paid it because I felt like they needed cleaning but will not do it very often.

Comment: Technician came to clean AC vents after dog was "skunked". He checked the air filter and determined that any odors would have been trapped there first, and were not detectable; as a result, he recommended against a full vent cleaning. He was right: once my dog was fully deskunked by the groomers and Dalworth had picked up all the carpets she had rubbed into for ckeaning, the odors went away. He saved me a lot of money on unnecessary cleaning so I could focus on the things that needed attention. Great expertise, can depend on their advice.

Comment: The technician was very friendly, presented all information, but upsold too much. Good for Dalworth, bad for me. I started thinking I was going to pay about $400, and spent $1,500 with extra charges, misrepresentation of initial sales call, and upselling.

Comment: Anthony did a fine job. I use you guys almost every year to clean my carpets and every time you come you tell me the carpet will be dry in about two hours. It always takes 24 hours, and I bought the package with the fan.

Comment: I have scheduled the cleaning of our patio outdoor carpet every spring for the past 4 or 5 years. I do put a value on my time. So after doing this myself a couple of times, I find it is more efficient and less expensive to have Dalworth clean the carpet in less time and with much better results. thanks Dalworth.
