Comment: My only disappointment was in the baseboard cleaning which was not done in the master bedroom main closet. Maybe the technician didn't understand that I wanted it done. I did it myself. The carpet looks good now that it is completely dry and has been vacuumed. The technician was a very nice young man and did a good job overall.

Comment: My only concern was that the technician said that I needed more done to my carpet then was quoted to me on the phone. I already had my check made out for the amount that was quoted to me on the phone. I really didn't understand what he said I needed that was not included in the original quote.. I voided the check and paid with a credit card. Maybe the person I talked to on the phone was not aware of this extra service. Maybe itt was something like scotch guard. I don't know or didn't argue with him, Figured he should know what I needed. Thank you.

Comment: Unfortunately the tech caused stains in my carpet when he picked up his last machine to leave. I lead him to the door so I did not see it until a short time later. I called and someone will come out by not until Wed. I have company this weekend so I have to cover up the stain with a small rug until you can come out to clean it. Not happy about that. Comment: Totally enjoyed the experience!!! Ricky was super friendly and professional. Thorough and quick. Mostly had furniture cleaned so took a little longer. No big deal. I really love how Dalworth quoted for me the price, not once pressuring me to purchase more services and sticking to the quote. THANK YOU. I will certainly be requesting Ricky's services again!

Comment: Our carpets look.better than they have in over 30 years. Even though we've had them professionally cleaned several times over the years. Our rep asked a lot of questions I believe we're too personal, like where my husband worked, his position and what shift he works. And when do I work again.
