Comment: Technician did best he could. Worst two stain areas were still showing stain after drying. Husband suggested using Oxy Clean before having to replace carpet. It removed the rest of the problem.

Comment: I am really pleased with the service.The carpet have not look that clean in years! I was really concern that the carpet was too old to clean but the representative Cosandra assured me that Dalworth could do it and she gave me excellent customer service. The technician was skeptical about the carpet being clean he didn't think it would get clean. The technician did an awesome job.

Comment: Service and quality of work was excellent. Except for one thing... I paid for 4 rooms to clean and only 3 rooms were cleaned. I did not find out until the technician left the house as the carpet was still wet and did not want to step on it so I did not even look in every room. It was the next day when it was safe to walk around is when I found out that one room was never shampooed. As first time customer I was a little disappointed as everything else was good ... except for one room that was leftout. Although the guy was very good at what he does.

Comment: I had only had my carpets cleaned once before, long ago. Loved the Dalworth service! Roger was my tech and he was friendly, knowledgeable, truthful ("this wine stain may not come out completely, but it will look better than before), thorough, & professional. I wanted the best carpet cleaners even if I had to pay more. Definitely worth it. I'll be recommending Dalworth to my friends and neighbors and I'll definitely be using Dalworth again!

Comment: I was especially pleased with how well my grandmother's old Lazy Boy rocker came out, considering I don't believe it has ever been professionally cleaned. I will definitely use your company again.

Comment: Dawn was my phone representative and she was fantastic! She went above and beyond to help me. I can't remember the name of the service technician but he was also excellent. Very professional and knowledgible.
