The first time I used Dalworth a 'John' (saved his name but after learning he left the company I discarded it) and because of him I continues with Dalworth - the last two - 1 average & get the job done & the other left stains stating he could not get them out (strangely I was able too). Pat Linzalore was my technician. Pat is exceptional in his job performance & customer service and I reason I will remain a customer - I will always request him. He is efficient, very knowledgeable of carpets materials and cleaning products, provides hints on carpet care - we have a cat and my dog' journey in this world ended in February. Since he has cats & dogs, he knew just what to use to remove several stains as well as instructed me on what to apply if the stain returns & appears yellow. He is respectful, gregarious, ethical, takes great pride in his work - excellent work ethic, and it royal to the company (no negativism). I was amazed that he cleaned the corners, along the base boards, darken areas at doorways, removed two small stains in den that no one could remove before. My rugs looked brand new in-spite of being 40 years old (original owner purchased excellent quality) and had been recently installed. I am most pleased and highly satisfied. Comment: My carpet is still not completely dry in areas my fans can't reach. (closet, hall and corners) It was still "wet" at 10 last night. That was my biggest disappointment. I had asked the tech if I needed to put old sheets down to walk on so I wouldn't get on the carpet and he told me it should be dry in 2 hours. It would be better to say, "you might want to put an old sheet down to walk on for the first 48 hours". The drying time varies. Other than that, the experience was positive.

Comment: I was notified the house I bought in the StarWood Community in Frisco was available to me two days earlier than contracted. Alex was great taking my call and was able to schedule my cleaning for the same evening. Harold and his partner arrived early and after cleaning the carpets they stayed an extra couple hours and did all my hardwood flooring. The house looked amazing and my wife arrived near the end and was extremely happy !!

Comment: Marcus Jeffrey, is very competent and take pride in his work. And, when you pay over 1600.00 to get your carpet cleaned, rugs cleaned, tile cleaned and resealed. You want someone that has a high level of experience and take pride in their work. Marcus, is the ONLY technician that I will use for all my carpet and tile needs. He is punctual to his appointments.

Comment: Cullin is truly a professional. He takes his time and answers all questions posed to him. He is extremely knowledgeable about carpet and cleaning it. I specifically asked for him again this time because he is that good. As long as he is with your company, I don't want anyone else to do my carpets. When I rebook again, I will ask for him. My carpet has never looked this good thanks to him. He knows how to get those tuff stains out and they stay out. I am an extremely satisfied customer thanks to him. Sincerely,
