Comment: My only feedback for improvement is to clean-up the baseboards where the tile was cleaned. A soapy residue was left to clean.

Comment: The technician was very knowledgeable and respectful. All your policies should be explained before the technician arrives so everything they can't touch or move is taken care of. It saves them time and the homeowner last minute worries.

Comment: Some of the stains didn't come out of the carpet that I thought were out when he was here. They told me he would move furniture when I booked but he said they didn't move beds. So I could've gotten a cheaper level.

Comment: The technician was good but one downside. Normally when carpets are to be cleaned, there are foot pads provided for our furniture to protect it rom the chemicals. This did not happen.

Comment: I was hoping for a more glossy finish on our kitchen counters....the bathrooms look amazing, they are smooth and shiny....the kitchen is not as smooth or shiny....still seems to have a bit of film...?
