Comment: The job was done with one person- seemed like a lot for one person to do. He took a five minute break hourly and appeared to have 45 minutes down time around lunch( told me he needed to get more gas)

Comment: Brandon explained all the paperwork in detail before starting and then throughout the whole process of cleaning the ducts took videos of the work he and his assistant did. They did a very professional job all the way through cleanup when they were done. Very happy and will use Dalworth again. Thanks!

Comment: The technician was awesome. We had one room which was very dirt. He charge us a addition cost of $145.00 to get all the dirt/ spots out. plus told us if the spots comes back he would be out at no cost to us to do the carpet again. your company is truly blessed to have him as a employee. He was was kind and explained very thing to us. what a blessing.

Comment: I WAITED TO DO THIS SURVEY BECAUSE I THOUGHT IT WOULD GO MORE INTO DETAIL ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THE SERVICE. I WANTED TO SEE IF SOME OF THE SPOTS THAT WERE CLEANED "CAME BACK" AND THEY DID. CLEANING WAS GOOD AND SOME SPOTS WERE "REMOVE" WE THOUGHT BUT OVER TIME THEY DID "COME BACK"
