Comment: Need a redo on one room (coffee stains). Also need to arrange to have large area rug p/u for cleaning. Many Spots returned when carpet dried. Most spots are "not too bad". But might bear re-inspection

Comment: Chris Hoover is an excellent technician! (better than any of our former technicians, and they were very good!) He somehow gets all of the stains out of our carpeting and makes them look new again. He gives me advice on how to take care of certain stains when they happen, and is a very nice person to talk to. Comment: I always order the second level service which includes moving furniture as Economy never has as good a result but the tech does not always do this. I would normally address this with the tech if it was important for that particular visit but don't feel I should have to.

Comment: Roger is wonderful. I will not have anyone else clean our carpets. He spends a lot of time cleaning the spots and when he leaves it's like we have new carpeting. He is pleasant and very thorough.

The duct cleaning went well, but the tech stepped through the ceiling while in the attic. The company immediately responded and sent a drywall repair man the next day. After 3 visits the damage was repaired and everything looks great. Description of Work: Cleaned air ducts on 2 systems and 20 ducts.

Comment: Loved my service technician Marcus! I could not have asked for better service or for a more professional job. He made my carpets look new again and was able to remove spots and stains that I never would have thought could be removed. Comment: My only feedback for improvement is to clean-up the baseboards where the tile was cleaned. A soapy residue was left to clean.

Comment: Our technician did an amazing job!! He did such a good job on our carpets as they look better than they ever did after cleaning!! We noticed he put a lot of effort in his cleaning. He was a very hard worker and we appreciate the professionalism and the extra elbow grease!! The carpets really showed and reflected in the effort!!
