Comment: The tech was the most efficient, most helpful, most polite tech we've ever had. His name is Dwain. He went out of his way to be helpful to keep the dogs inside, helped me open windows that were stuck and was extremely polite. He also did an excellent, conscience cleaning job! I'm happy!

Comment: i was not home for the carpet cleaning, our babysitter was. when i got home, there was quite a bit of fuzz and hair in small knots on the edge of the rug. I picked them off, but I was surprised, I felt like it should have been perfectly clean.

Comment: Need pull the wand all the way across the carpet. It left suction lines about every 2 to 3 feet. I took a picture of it. I then took my vac and smooth the carpet out so it would not leave suction tips showing all over.

Comment: Ed, our serviceman, did an excellent job....he was efficient, thorough, respectful, pleasant, and a very nice man. I was very pleased with the great clean up that he did! I do think your rates are somewhat high, but I have no point of reference. The device is outstanding, I just wonder if the price is a bit high.
