Comment: Our rep was very kind and helpful. Our carpet is about 8 months old and this is the first time we've had it cleaned. It looks better after it was cleaned, but I was disappointed how some of the high traffic areas still look. After the rep left, I used a white cloth to dab one area in a heavy traffic area and it was still somewhat dirty as the water from the towel showed to be a little dirty.

Comment: I like the online order system as there are no hidden issues with room measurements i.e there are bands for s,m,l areas. I had the standard service and the only part I must not have read was moving of heavy furniture not included like dressers. Miguel was a good communicator, this I feel is very important to customer service. We did an initial walk through then he spoke with me about each room : furniture, pet and tea stains, a small piece of gum and corner areas. He was knowledgable and asked if any stains had been treated prior to him cleaning. His level of customer service was friendly and respectful and he got on and did the job and checked if each room was completed as I would like as he completed each one. He happily went back over a couple of stains, natural light was not good by that time but we assessed and agreed together one last try on a couple of areas. I took the deodorizing he recommended for a room where my dogs roll on the carpet. He asked if I wanted to add the stairway which was the only area I did not put down at this time but was not pushy on sales. Overall for Miguel's level of service I will ask for him again and probably have my staircase done next time. My carpets look good for our family visitor from England - thank you :)
