Comment: In the areas treated for pet stains we can still smell product and/or pet odor...especially in the dining room. Our master bedroom smelled like mildew after but is a little better now so we aren't sure if the product is still removing the odor or if it isn't supposed to smell that way. A stain upstairs that wes either chocolate milk or coffee looks worse now and seems to have spread out. All pet stains are gone and that part looks really good...just the remaining smell.

Comment: We had 3 rooms of tile cleaned and sealed. The floors looked very good. The grout is white, cleaned and now sealed to prevent a re-do in six months.
