Comment: After the technician left I found a large orangish spot on my carpet the size of a basketball and it was by the wall so I didn't see it when he was there. I was having a party the next day so I didn't have time to call and get it taken care of so I put a vase over it and kept going. I have no idea what it is and it was clearly not there before he came. On the good side, I showed him a stain that I was hoping he could work on and it came up so that was really good. Would love for someone to come look at this stain but it will have to be on a Saturday. You can call me

Comment: 2 years ago there was two technicians that came out and the carpets looked excellent, however just one tech came out this time and it didn't look as good as when they cleaned it with two people, the vacuum cleaner didn't pick up as much and some of the areas were still dark when he left. However his personality was excellent it just didn't come out as good.
