Comment: When I scheduled my services, the representative failed to put down my ottoman although we discussed it when placing my order and the price was given. Then when I have them my zip code to see if I was out of the service area, I was told I was good and would not be charged. The day of my services, $20 out of service area charge was added to my invoice and I was told it would be $36 more to do the ottoman. I was disappointed that the rep on the phone quoted me one price and the invoice showed another. I budgeted for this service so adding another $56 was a big deal. Thankfully Dalworth covered both costs when they listened back to the phone call. But it took some time to come to the resolution.

Comment: I liked the technicians. Kind of funny how they wear the sleeves to cover up their tattoos, but I'm guessing some customers don't like them. As far as our carpet is concerned, it turned out nice except in the area in our family room where I pointed out where my dog had gone to the bathroom several times and that it needed some heavy duty cleaning, which they did. The carpet seems a little better, but still feels tacky/filmy and also has a slight odor of dog urine. It may be that the pad underneath is the problem, but it would have been nice to get that sticky/tacky feeling out of the carpet. If you wish to call me you can Thanks! Susan DeNicola

Comment: He had to scrub a lot to get the tile floors clean. They had been covered with carpet for 20 years. They were not in good shape. He didn't know if some would come clean. He told me he would try his best and he did.

Comment: Chris did such a great job on our carpets & rugs. He made our 20 year old carpet - yes 20 years old - look almost new again. He did such a great job we're going to have him back by request to steam clean & seal our tile floors.
