Comment: I was a little concerned when he pulled up because on t.v. it showed a actual Dalworth truck, but when he pulled up it was a white van with no label. However everything went great and the tech was great, there is a spot in the H that did not come out all the way but I will be using you all soon to finish the rest of the house. js 9/15

Comment: The past 2 times I've had you come out there has been a stain left by my back door on the carpet next to the tile that was the there before you came. Not a huge deal but noticeable.

Comment: Carlos did a great job, and the phone representative Dawn went out of her way to make sure every thing was done before we moved in to our new home, Dawn made sure we got the best competitive prices, Dawn also came out and stayed onsite with the technician all day, then she came back out the next day to check to make sure everything was perfect. I am very pleased with dalworth and will be using them again.

Comment: Brandon provided excellent customer service. He was extremely polite, answered all my questions and popped up in the attic a few extra times to make sure various issues were resolved. He showed me helpful videos about the process. Brandon was fantastic!

Comment: The guys got here and set up. The job was done faster than I thought it would be. I did have a change in price because I wasn't told to calculate the return vents and the supply...... The only problem is that now we have a wet spot on the ceiling in the bedroom where the coil dripped outside of the drain pan. I'm thinking that with more air across the coil, it causes more condensate. I fixed it with plastic sheeting. Tomorrow is the travertine floor....... Dorothy Zimmermann
