Comment: Technician did a great job. I opted for basic service. I was aware of stains in the carpet however we intend to replace the carpet soon, We needed a short term solution for guests visiting before the carpet can be replaced. The carpet actually looks much better than expected.

Comment: Our experience with the first technician Craig was terrible. Chris swooped in and saved the day by not only coming in with a great attitude and a smile but by thoroughly cleaning the floors properly. Chris even cleaned the areas previously cleaned two days before and they looked significantly better. Chris combined with Ken's visit and promise to fix everything that is now messed up, made a huge difference in my experience with Dalworth. If Chris hadn't come we would never use Dalworth again and I would have made sure that getting another job in Trophy Club would have been difficult, but now assuming all gets fixed, I'll reccommend Dalworth and specifically Chris.

Comment: Talked initially with Chelsea (sp?) and later with Katie and Chris. All were very pleasant and tried to be helpful. Question #1 answer is only because there was so much confusion and misunderstanding. It might help if your tile service were described online. My only complaint was the great confusion in obtaining a quote as I had no previous experience with what the job entailed and there are so many options. Also, there was quite some difficulty getting the email confirming the service. The reps were all very pleasant and tried to be helpful, but many phone calls had to be made before I received what was supposed to be sent after my initial reservation. The tech, Harold Grimes, was exceedingly pleasant, knowledgeable, competent and neat. He did an excellent job.

Comment: Sales Person (Tech) needs to check back with the dispatch, very bad communication with the time frame. But as far as dispatch they were good they solved the problem and sent another tech out in reasonable time. js 9/8

Comment: Brendan was very thorough explaining the process and giving helpful tips. He has a great personality and really relatable. He was even generous enough to offer to go to Dallas and get my air filters at a store because I am traveling a lot since my father is dying and don't have the time.

Comment: The two gentlemen who came to do the duct cleaning were absolutely professional and very pleasant individuals. Please pass on to their immediate boss how terrific I thought their work was. Together the two gentlemen assessed my 3-story condo, figured where to park their van to best reach the hoses and went to work. There was no dust floating around while their worked, all the vent grates and they cleaned the dryer vent without any issues. They showed me the camera visuals of my duct work. I am very pleased with the level of work and the professionalism of these two gentlemen. They represent Dalworth well and are the reason I will consider reaching out to Dalworth again for any future service work needed around my home. Thank you.
