Comment: I was somewhat disappointed with the service because the front bedroom carpet wasn't entirely clean. When I did the walk-through I pointed that out and if there are other stains that were not addressed I will send you an email to request him to come back to finish the job.

Comment: I was very satisfied with the work performed and the service tech was very professional, friendly and did a good job. The only complaint I have was the arrival was 1 hour later than the last time the phone rep had given me for his arrival. I was on the verge of calling for an updated status when he arrived. I will definitely use Dalworth again. I was very satisfied with the work performed.

Comment: Roger is exceptional. I am impressed with the service Roger's energy, complete explanation showed me some areas that I had no idea needed to be treated. I added more service due to the issues Roger showed. me. The carpet looks as good as new, the work Roger performed was excellent. I am left feeling very happy that I chose Dalworth. To clean my carpets. The price was a bit high but the results are worth the extra money
