Comment: Julio went above and beyond the call of duty. The carpets looked brand new and they have never looked this good before. This guy is worh the price. I have used Stanly Steamer and Zerorez. Julio is the tops. I have owned several restaurants and I can tell you he is above the average. He exceeded my expectation. I had several boxes around and he could have said I am not helping our suppose to move anything. He got right in there and found out what needed to be done and helped. You have a blue moon every two years. He is that "blue moon" for your company.

Comment: in reference to #7- the weather was rainy and temperatures were lower than they had been in weeks. I believe this is the reason for the carpets taking longer to dry than normal. It was not an issue. The carpets look great.

Comment: Attempted to order on line, but could not find "stairs" or "hallway" so I called. I mentioned that to your phone rep, but when the estimate was drawn up, neither was mentioned. When the technician got to my house, I almost cancelled everything but my bedroom when he suggested we could leave off the second bedroom, which has little use, and still do what I needed for the price quoted. He looked at the website with me and found that stairs and hallways are called "rooms." I have no suggestions, but this might be better stated than calling these things rooms.
