Comment: I filled out the form online AND talked to the guy on the phone. When the technician came to do the work, not ALL the things we discussed and arranged on the phone were with the technician, so there was a disconnect. The Technician was courteous and helpful and we were very satisfied with the level of effort and the results of the job. We expected some upselling and the attempt was made, but we only wanted what we ordered. He gave us some examples so we could see the differences. We wanted what we ordered. So, he set about it, worked very hard, took a short lunch break and was back at it, and did an excellent job. We will use dahlworth again, and will ask for this technician if we can get him.

Comment: I was amazed at Pat and Raul. They were on time, worked extremely hard the whole time they were here. Very anxious to accommendate and go steps further to make my house look it's best. Friendly, but very professional. Will never have another team. Thank you Sue Burkett

Comment: The second phone call I had to gather information with Jennifer (I believe) was great! She was kind, knew her details and reassured me that you were the ones to go with! We were calling three other companies as well! The technician was fabulous! He listened to our concerns and addressed each one of them! We were extremely pleased with all of his work! We definitely return to Dalworth!!! Great Job!

Comment: I loved the way my floors turned out and the technician was wonderful. I will definitely use you guys again. My only complaint was with the cleaning of the area rugs. They still have a slight smell to them and getting the big area rug back inside has been an issue since it is very heavy and I am not strong enough to carry it back inside by myself... In the future I think it will be easier for me just to have Dalworth clean it professionally at their location, instead of at my house.

Comment: Missed a spot by the door in our master bedroom. It is noticeable. I saw it after he left otherwise I would have had him re-do it. Great guy. Very nice and knowledgeable. He did a great job in my daughter's room. The carpets came back to their original condition. I was definitely impressed with your machine and chemicals. All the carpets took a long time to dry. I had to wait 10 hrs before placing any rugs or furniture back on them.
