Comment: Definitions of room size as it relates to pricing seems a little out of whack. I don't think our rooms are extra large.

Comment: I would date the price slightly high because of the amount quoted for stretching the carpet. Not to mention I don't do this often so I'm not familiar with carpet cleaning prices.

Comment: Overall carpets looked great. Would have appreciated tech. cleaning small closet in master. Did not notice till he left. Several areas along baseboards were dirty. I ended up cleaning both by myself.

Comment: Technician Roger was entirely different than other technicians I've encountered from Dalworth. You will be happy to learn he went by your "books"/rules and quoted them often and assertively. That is not to say he was inflexible. Of course you and he need to be paid for work done, but I was unpleasantly surprised when Roger counted areas in a way new to me, of course, more costly. Perhaps your rules changed or maybe the several excellent technicians before Roger were more eager to please and accommodating. Roger finally did a good job, excellent in fact in tough areas in front of two vanities, but had to be prompted to redo three other poorly done areas I had cautioned him about before work began.

Comment: Aaron was fantastic---made your firm look good. Give that man a raise! Super hard-worker. Spent extra time and efforts on our heavily-soiled carpets [we have 6 children!]. He was patient, conscientious, diligent...and hard-working.
