Comment: Our service tech ALBERTO deserves a round of applause. He did a great job of explaining everything & cleaning our carpets. He also left them "drier" than other techs have done so they dried faster. We'll ask for him next time we call.

Comment: The only complaint I have was that I was told I would be called 45 minutes before the tech would be there, as I was at least 30 minutes away. However, I went ahead and planned to be there at the alloted time and I was only there a few minutes before he arrived.
