Comment: I was not told that the spots would not come out of the carpet. Essentially all that was done was odor protection and raising the knap on the carpet. The stains were appearing within a couple of hours after cleaned.

Comment: The furniture was moved prior to the technician's arrival. He was here for two hours. I wanted the premium service for the deoderizer but the smell is still there especially in the master bedroom. It is an old carpet. Otherwise it was fine. Soiled areas are gone and it looks good. Thank you!

Comment: Only "problem" was with dispatch ---and I don't really know what was going on. First call from dispatch said tech had problem on a previousj job and wouldn't be here until 4:30 at best driving from Wiley. However, Dean and Ramsey were on time. They were excellent, well and neatly dressed, and I'd want to have this "team" each cleaning.

Comment: The technicians did not provide any before or after videos of our ducts. I would like to have seen what was accomplished.
