Comment: It was not his fault but his equipment was not working properly and it kept leaking, so he had to go all the way from duncanville to euless to get a new piece which I was disappointed about because it took longer than expected. But other than that the cleaning and everything else turned out great.

Comment: Monte, our service technician, was outstanding. He has a great attitude and is really good at cleaning our carpet. We have used Monte many times. We told him we have gotten used to him performing miracles so our bar is set pretty high. We understand there are some areas that even he cannot resolve such as years of wear in the hallway or a couple of old stains from wood baskets, but they are barely noticeable when viewing the quality of the overall cleaning.
