Comment: Carpet surface was fairly dry to the touch in 6-8 hours, but felt the carpet backing and pad needed additional drying time in some heavy traffic areas. Exceptional job, it's an older carpet and really didn't expect them to be able to remove all the stains and heavy traffic areas dirt. Very pleased with service. My husband was contacted and said tech would be able to come an hour earlier. Arrived early and finished quickly. Exceptional job and service!

Comment: Not sure how long the carpet had to dry since it was all on the second floor and we "live" on the first. Our technician, Bobby, was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. After he completed the upstairs, he cleaned our stars (not part of our bid) when he was taking his equipment out. That's the kind of service that will get us to call you again!

Comment: I added all the details like pet cleaning, etc to the online order and the technician didn't seem to know what we had ordered. I wasn't there, my daughter was and he asked again what she wanted. It would be nice if the communication between online ordering and technicians was shared as I was not present and my daughter wasn't positive what I ordered.
