Comment: Monty worked extremely hard and did an outstanding job on stretching our carpet. He was by himself and moved lots of heavy furniture. I would definitely recommend this service to others. The only thing I would suggest is for the itemized breakdown to include the dollar amount for each room/item. My husband wanted to know how the final amount added up. Other than that, I am pleased and satisfied with the service performed and especially the results It looks great! Thank you, Monty!!

Comment: I had a stain in my carpet that would not come out. The technician repaired my carpet by removing the stained piece and replacing it with some carpet scraps I had. I appreciated all the effort he took to complete his job.

Comment: The work done was excellent except for the dryer vent cleaning. I was told until they completed the vent cleaning that they don't vacuum up the lint from THAT vent. Now I have dryer lint all over my roof, yard and the next store neighbor's' yard. One why would you clean a vent and not vacuum up the dirt/lint from it? Two why don't you tell the client that when they book the service?

Comment: I requested the fans but they were not used as much as the previous times I have had my carpets done, therefore, a longer drying time. I was called that the technician would be closer to 8:30am and he did not arrive until closer to 9am. My appt time was 8-8:30am. I am happy with the outcome but not 100% sure I received the extras that I paid for. I did the basic service with add ons. The fans being on the the services in question. I like your company and will continue to use you for my carpet cleaning.

Comment: Technician was very friendly, smiled a lot. Showed interest in what he was doing. He sure took pride in his work and wanted to make sure he did a good job. Don't see much of that anymore these days. He inspected my carpet very carefully and pointed out some spots where repair work had been done on it previously. He was very concerned and pointed out things for my safety.....like being very careful when stepping off carpet onto the tiles where it could and is very slippery. He would wipe the areas and pointed out for me to be careful. He is very diligent about customer safety. He did a fantastic job. You can tell he knows what he is doing. Before I realized it he was done. Seemed to go pretty fast. Technician is very efficient and friendly. Hope he cleans my carpet next time I need cleaning. THANKS FOR GREAT SERVICE!!! BTW- This was 6:00pm,,,,his appearance was amazing for someone who had worked all day. Looked like his uniform was freshly pressed and he was very neat and clean in appearance. That was something that stood out and I noticed right away, how clean and neat he looked.
