Comment: Excellent service from everyone. Our technician was great! Our dog peed all over my son's bedroom (brand new carpet) while we were out of town. It's was really deep down in the carpet. The technician worked so hard and did an excellent job. The carpet looks, and more importantly, smells perfect. Thank You!!

Comment: I will request the same Tech from now on. He was courteous, professional and quick. He took the time to explain the repairs and the grout cleaning in Detail. He did a fabulous job throughout the house. very strong attention to detail and took the time to ask the right questions before he started.
