Comment: Steven and his assistant were both very professional. They did an outstanding job and took great pride in their work. You could tell they really wanted to do a great job and make my 15 year old carpets look like new again. I had some really bad high traffic areas that needed a lot of care and Steven knew exactly what to do to make them look new again. I would highly recommend Dalworth and especially the tech Steven to my friends. The next best thing to new is Dalworth clean. So true!!!!!

Comment: We had three damaged areas in our carpet that when I mentioned them to the technician, he told me he could repair them if I wanted. I didn't even know y'all did that. I was planning on attempting it myself and I'm sure it wouldn't look half as good. This carpet is very old and very stained, so I was expecting a "put lipstick on a pig" situation, but it actually looks great! This will hopefully buy is another year or so until we can afford to refinish the hardwoods underneath. Thank y'all!

Comment: This guy was great and wonderful. He has such a amazing attitude and goes above and beyond the call of duty. My sofa has never looked this clean evenwhen I bought this brand new. I would have Dalworth out again because of him. He was polite and seem so happy to have a job.

Comment: I was very pleased with the work that Costel performed for us. He arrived within the window that we were given, went right to work and cleaned the designated carpets to a degree that surpassed our expectations, and wrapped up in an efficient manner. He did not try to "up sell" us on additional services or increase our estimate (from your website). He was courteous and very professional. We have tried other services in an attempt to find a competent rug cleaner. The others that we tried have been cheaper, but the quality of the work was below our expectations. The adage is correct: " You get what you pay for." We will stick with Dalworth going forward.

Comment: We recently moved to the area and decided to contact Dalworth for carpet and furniture cleaning in our home. Nalaura, the customer service representative, was our first line of contact and very pleasant to do business with! She worked diligently to create a cleaning package that suited our needs, timeline and overall budget. Jose, our cleaning technician was on time, very skilled and made our carpets look and feel like new! He is also very honest, and approached the steam cleaning of our furniture with caution. He thoroughly explained not only the benefits, but the risks of steam vs. dry cleaning the type of upholstery we have on our furniture. He tested an inconspicuous spot on one of our sofas to determine whether or not we should steam or dry clean in the future. He took extreme care and explained our cleaning options based on the condition of the tested area after waiting 12 hours or so. Nalaura and Jose were both friendly, courteous, knowledgeable about services, and went above and beyond to accommodate our requests from our inital contact for a quote until the job was completed. They are wonderful representatives for Dalworth and truly exemplify the art of excellent customer service!!! We will definitely be returning and referring our family and friends!

Comment: I needed someone to come out right away as my house is going on the market and it was to be photographed in 2 days. Dalworth's phone rep put me on hold to see if any cancellations could accommodate me and found someone who could come out in 45 minutes!!! That was exceptional customer service. The technician was wonderful as well. I will highly recommend your cleaning services!!

Comment: Pat was our techician. He did a great job. The price was high but I would gladly pay it again for the service I received! I have had other cleaning companies out including Stanely Steamers and I was so unhappy with my floors when they finished! I'm sold now on Dalworth and will request Pat to come out next time!
